Our software collects usage and diagnostic data from the software and connected Products and, unless you deactivate this in the settings, transmits it to us. We use this data to provide support, diagnose errors and improve our Products.

We primarily use IT service providers whose data centers are located within the EU or the EEA. Although we aim to restrict the transfer of personal data outside Switzerland, the EU, and the EEA as much as possible, it cannot always be completely avoided. In such cases, personal data may also be transferred to other countries. Where the recipient country does not offer a level of data protection recognized as adequate by Switzerland, we rely on standard contractual clauses to ensure appropriate safeguards, and where necessary, we supplement these with additional security measures.
